In life it is good to not get too excited about anything really.

A fine even flat line is all we need.

No celebrations are needed or overjoyous occasions, just perhaps an acknowledgement of a special date. And for those things that are not joyous one musn't become overly sad about those also.
In fact it would be as if we are all on some sort of drugs and are more like robots and acknowledging the passing of a person or an animal or some other event that is non-joyous.
In fact the words joy and sorrow will eventually be removed from the dictionaries as we will not need them any longer.
If I want to express "joy" at a picture I shall say, "That is an above-average picture, well done"

Many people cook their eggs on a low, even flame.

But the best scrambled eggs are done quickly under a high flame. RISK IS PART OF THE JOB!
