Yesterday I received equipment for an upgraded internet. Although no one told me it was coming. So I just had 3 large boxes sitting here, addressed to me (the office) and I'm like what is this for?
It took a while to find the right person to be able to tell me and that they will have an installer contact me etc etc.....I'm like, "yeah....good luck with that"
I always have to explain how they will need to get on a boat, make a reservation and potentially stay overnight.

Well that would be a dream!

I've often thought of calling the boat Co to pick up a pizza, put it in the fridge and bring it up the next day. Now I'm craving pizza! Thanks! Lol.

Install guy actually showed up and I now have starlink here. I do not notice any difference in speed.

People keep asking me if I still like my job. Or if I like it at all. I just stare blankly into space.

Last night I got to talk with one of the construction guys working on the road. They were talking about how tough the kids are here, he said if his kids complain I'm just going to tell him about these kids and the fact that they still have a smile on their face.
